MS Word Readability

You can check the Readability of an MS Word 2007 document if you enable "Show Readability Statistics" in the Proofing Options.

 

Click the MS Word Button and choose Word Options.

 

Choose the Proofing Tab on the left:

 

Check the box beside "Show readability statistics".

 

After you correct Spelling or Grammar, the following box will be displayed:
